Extended summer residence on a hilltop by the open sea, laid out around big courtyard providing sheltered outdoor living. A reestablishing of traditional monastery structure in layout and proportion, natural materials and articulation of architectural elements. Thick stone walls, handcrafted white washed plastering, raw walnut beams, Tinos marble slates. Based on natural ventilation and cooling.
